Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Shipping Locations

We provide shipping to Only India. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

3. Shipping Costs

All order free shipping.

There might be some cash on delivery fee of Rs.50. This will be shown at checkout page.

We offer the following shipping options:
Processing Time: 0-1 Business Days(Mon-Sat)
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days(Mon-Fri).

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0-1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(……..). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Timeframe

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Standard delivery times are 4-7 business days for standard shipping.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 14 business days after the estimated delivery time before contacting us. If your shipment is lost, please contact us at support@chestore.in, and we will investigate the matter.
